Job description Job Summary Seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Tower Lead to oversee all aspects of the D&A function, including BAU operations, enhancements, and project delivery. This role will provide strategic leadership, manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with business stakeholders to deliver scalable data and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Data & Analytics Tower across BAU, enhancements, and projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical leads to define and deliver solutions. Govern delivery teams and ensure quality, timely execution of initiatives. Track and manage key operational and project metrics, KPIs, risks, and escalations. Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to address business and technology challenges. Identify growth opportunities, support proposals, and lead project delivery efforts. Drive best practices in data engineering, analytics, reporting, and cloud technologies. Required Skills & Experience Strong experience in Data Engineering, BI Reporting, Cloud Analytics, and stakeholder management within enterprise environments. Hands-on expertise with: AWS Databricks Python SQL Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics teams and programs. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, including operations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Preferred Experience with data modernization, data lakes/warehouses, and cloud transformation programs. AWS and/or Databricks certifications preferred.
