Hybrid role offering flexibility and growth opportunities.Job DescriptionPayroll Associate OverviewThe Payroll Associate will manage payroll operations across US entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a seamless employee experience.Collaborate with HR and finance teams to support payroll processes and employee compensation updates.Oversee payroll vendor relationships, ensuring timely submissions and identifying process improvement opportunities.Maintain compliance with US payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Develop employee self-service resources and manage payroll-related inquiries effectively.Support onboarding of new office locations into payroll systems and processes.Assist with internal and external payroll audits across jurisdictions.Contribute to global payroll standards and share best practices within the team.This hybrid role offers flexibility and opportunities for professional growth in payroll management.Payroll Associate Key Responsibilities & DutiesExecute end-to-end payroll processing for US entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Manage payroll operations, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and employee lifecycle changes.Oversee payroll vendor relationships and ensure accurate reporting and filings.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and jurisdiction-specific requirements.Collaborate with HR to support compensation and benefits transactions.Develop payroll processes and controls to enhance efficiency and scalability.Support onboarding of new office locations into payroll systems.Assist in conducting internal and external payroll audits.Maintain consistent global payroll standards and share best practices.Payroll Associate Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.Minimum 8 years of hands-on payroll experience, specifically in US payroll management.Proficiency in Workday Payroll and advanced Excel skills.Comprehensive knowledge of US payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements.Experience managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external advisors.
