Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to provide essential support across payroll, HR operations, employee records, HRIS administration, and employee service. This role will work closely with both the Human Resources and Payroll teams and will be an important resource in maintaining accurate employee data, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Payroll & Timekeeping Provide administrative and transactional support for payroll processing. Review and audit payroll data, including timekeeping, pay changes, and employee information. Support timely and accurate payroll processing for employees across multiple locations. Partner with plant HR teams to address payroll-related questions and maintain data accuracy. Support compliance with wage and hour regulations and company policies. Utilize ADP Workforce Now Time & Attendance . HRIS & Employee Records Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records. Process HRIS transactions, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, job changes, and status updates in ADP Workforce Now . Conduct HR data audits and routine checks for accuracy and completeness. Generate HRIS reports and support routine data requests. Create job requisitions and postings in ADP Workforce Now. Support onboarding activities for headquarters and field-based employees, including assisting plant HR teams as needed. Employee Support & Benefits Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions related to HR, benefits, and payroll. Assist with benefits administration, enrollment support, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and data accuracy reviews. Support annual Open Enrollment activities, including employee questions, system updates, documentation, and communications. Process and monitor employment verification and employment eligibility documentation, including I-9s. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 1 year of HR experience At least 3 years of payroll experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Experience with ADP Workforce Now Time & Attendance required #J-18808-Ljbffr
