How You'll Make An Impact

• Identify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client's payroll/HRIS platform
• Build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environment
• Successfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner
• Create and document standard payroll processing procedures
• Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently
• Provide payroll compliance assistance and guidance, as well as communicate best practices
• Prioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlines

About You

End to end payroll processing. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator type role. Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP. Attention to detail, comfort with numbers, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting. Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification.
