Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Geriatric home health experience

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday / 8-4:30
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend and on-call requirements as needed, based on orthopedic volume
• Coverage area includes Polk County
• Mileage reimbursed between visits
• Productivity expectation: 30 points
• Solid scrubs
