Service Coordinator

• Respond promptly to correspondence from both internal and external customers, ensuring timely handling of inquiries and requests.
  • Tasks include providing quotes, executing orders, finalizing pricing, and generating invoices.
  • Responsible for managing open order dates and the scope of work.
• Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple divisions, including Production, Outside Sales, Project Management, and Customer Service.
• Research and identify necessary repair parts, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues.
• This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
• Availability for overtime and after-hours work may be required, particularly during peak outage season.
• Ensure that all interactions and processes always align with JHC Total Customer Commitment (TCC) standards.
• Participate in required training sessions to stay current with industry best practices and company policies.
• Join the after-hours and weekend "On-Call" rotation as needed to support operations outside regular hours.
• Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both customers and internal teams.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
