We believe in: Working in a team-friendly environment Thriving in a fast-paced restaurant Focusing on quality food, controlling costs, and service Cultivating a fun, upbeat work culture Qualifications/Skills: Effectively communicate, developing a rapport with guests to increase intent to return Competent with POS system Have knowledge of service, food, and bar operations generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions Ability to work well with and manage others Be able to communicate clearly, politely, and concisely with our team Responsibilities: Exceed guest expectations, because you recognize without them, we would not be here Understand the importance of brand system standards Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, and guest service and satisfaction Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Must have an overall understanding of management’s goals and philosophies of store operations Must be willing to also train in kitchen to obtain menu knowledge, expo training, and oversee and assist Kitchen Manager. Assist General Manager in scheduling and other front of the house duties. Assist General Manager in bar orders. Occasionally assist General Manger with marketing duties.
