Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience Bonus potential Health insurance package 401K Paid vacation Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Duties & Responsibilities Lead and supervise crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily job site operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical schematics to ensure proper installation Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies Order materials and coordinate deliveries to keep projects on schedule Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution Train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices on the job Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes Track job progress, reporting updates to project managers and leadership Qualifications 5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Experience managing crews on commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Stable work history OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred but Not Required Journeyman or Master Electrician license Experience with project scheduling software Equal Opportunity Employment All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gpac
