CRE Debt Capital Markets Analyst

Brio Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company, seeks an Analyst of Capital Markets to support BREDS' liability management for CRE loan facilities. You will help sourcing quotes, coordinate financing with banks, assist in closing and ongoing tracking of financings. You will work across transactions, asset management, and legal teams to optimize financing pipelines, analyze terms, and improve processes.
