Onboarding & HR Operations Specialist

UAB Medicine

Birmingham, AL

UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL seeks an Employment Specialist I to coordinate front desk operations for the Employment/Talent Acquisition Department, support onboarding, and ensure I-9 processing compliance (including e-Verify) with federal guidelines. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, one year of related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong communication and customer-service skills. Schedule is 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; attractive benefits are provided.
