Treasury Operations Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Treasury Operations Specialist in Birmingham, AL.Summary:Our client, a large financial services organization, is seeking three Treasury Management Implementation Product Specialists to join a Tier 2 research and support team serving commercial banking clients. This is a highly customer-facing role focused on researching client issues, managing support cases, resolving implementation and service problems, and supporting Treasury Management products and services. You will work directly with commercial clients while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Technology, and other internal and external partners to resolve issues and ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.Key Tasks:

• Provide direct support to commercial banking clients using Treasury Management products and services
• Research client issues and independently manage support cases through resolution
• Troubleshoot implementation, product, and service-related issues
• Coordinate the implementation of Treasury Management products and services
• Perform data entry and validation across Treasury Management and Commercial Card applications
• Track implementation activities, support cases, documentation, and outstanding requirements
• Review required documentation, authorizations, and approvals for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with clients and internal partners when information is incomplete or additional action is required
• Serve as a liaison among clients, Treasury Management Sales, Operations, Technology, and vendor partners
• Document, manage, track, and drive implementations and client requests through completion
• Coordinate file specifications, file testing, and client communication when applicable
• Support complex or non-standard client requests requiring research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of banking experience
• Customer-facing experience within banking or a related client service environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to research issues, troubleshoot problems, and independently drive them toward resolution
• Ability to manage multiple cases, requests, or implementations while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-up

Preferred Qualifications:

• Commercial banking experience
• Treasury Management or Treasury Services experience
• Experience supporting commercial banking products or services
• Treasury product implementation or client onboarding experience
• Commercial Card experience
• Experience coordinating across clients, Sales, Operations, Technology, or other internal support teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
