2nd Shift IT Field Support Technician Work Shift Day (United States of America) Overview The IT Field Support Technician is responsible for installation, support, inventory enhancement and management of networked and non-networked hardware such as desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, and peripherals. The role also includes problem resolution, troubleshooting, training, and communication with end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner. Assistance with the deployment and maintenance of service level agreements, reporting, and documentation is required. All other duties as assigned. Required Minimum Education High school diploma or equivalent Required Associate's Degree Preferred Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field Preferred Required Minimum Experience Minimum 2 years experience preferred in customer service/IT Support Required Minimum Skills Desktop operating systems, hardware, printers, and peripherals, desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Office products), LAN/WAN Connectivity. Strong communication, presentation, and customer relation skills. The individual must be able to communicate and have good team building skills.
