EP Technologist Travel Job Details

• Location: Tupelo, Mississippi
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,600–$2,790
• Start Date: November 16, 2026
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Typical Shift: 6:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m., with rotating late shifts
• Scheduling Expectations: No regular weekends or holidays; rotating late stays are required until procedures are complete and may result in overtime
• Call: No traditional on-call requirement
• Documentation Systems: Epic, Cupid Epic, and Change Healthcare

Electrophysiology Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of electrophysiology laboratory experience
• Previous experience as an electrophysiology or radiology technologist in a hospital EP lab
• Prior travel assignment experience in electrophysiology preferred
• RCES certification on file at the time of submission
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience with circulating, procedure monitoring, and moderate sedation assessment
• Epic experience required; familiarity with Cupid Epic preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
• Ability to float to areas within demonstrated competencies and maintain flexibility with scheduling

Electrophysiology Lab Technologist Responsibilities

• Support cardiac electrophysiology procedures for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac rhythm disorders
• Circulate during EP procedures and help maintain a safe, efficient electrophysiology laboratory environment
• Monitor patients and assess their response to moderate sedation in accordance with established protocols
• Provide technical support throughout procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure activities
• Use Epic, Cupid Epic, and related systems for clinical documentation and EP lab workflow management
• Participate in rotating late shifts and remain until scheduled procedures are completed
• Collaborate with providers and the multidisciplinary electrophysiology team to promote high-quality patient care
