This role supports strategic storytelling for specific brands on social and in culture including content strategy, content planning, trend-hunting and performance reporting. Plan and execute influencer and social content including briefing, concepting, partnering with external agencies, reviewing and scheduling. Be a student of culture. Responsible for social listening, trend reporting and deciding what conversations our brands should join. Responsible for organic and paid content calendars, ensuring content aligns with brand voice and objectives. Be hands-on with creative tasks: pitching ideas, writing post copy, proactively comment from brand handles, leveraging existing content to make assets, creating memes, etc. Deploy paid social campaigns collaboratively with media agency to traffic creative and brief ad-oc social boosts. Analyze performance of social strategies against objectives and KPIs, including content, influencer, paid media and optimize efforts to improve results. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week. About You FUNCTIONAL AND LEADERSHIP SKILL REQUIREMENTS Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage content calendars, scheduling, and publishing across platforms. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and agency partners. Ability to analyze social performance data and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Strong attention to detail and project management skills to ensure accurate and timely execution. Working knowledge of social media platforms, publishing tools, and analytics solutions. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify optimization opportunities and share relevant cultural and platform trends.
