Mental Health Admissions Social Worker
Beacon Health Options
Beacon Health Options is seeking a qualified candidate to perform initial psychiatric assessments and coordinate patient care across the continuum of services. You will collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure effective implementation of the approved plan and ensure accurate medical records.
The role includes obtaining pre-authorization when required, communicating treatment recommendations, and assisting Social Work services on inpatient units as needed.
