The role covers the full deal lifecycle — financial modelling, information memorandum preparation, valuation analysis, due diligence coordination, and close support across buy-side and sell-side mandates. The firm advises privately held businesses, founder-led enterprises, family offices, and portfolio companies on transactions across multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Analysts are embedded directly in live mandates and work alongside senior practitioners on transactions ranging from mid-market sales to complex cross-border combinations.
