Advanced Practice Clinician

Locations: Boston, Worcester, Marlborough, Springfield, Float Opportunities and Telehealth Status: Full-Time / Part-Time / Union / On-Site / Hybrid Job Responsibilities As an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC), you’ll join a dedicated and skilled team providing inclusive, high-quality sexual and reproductive health services. You will: Provide comprehensive sexual and reproductive health care, including contraception, STI care, gender-affirming hormone therapy, abortion care, and preventive services. Conduct patient exams, procedures, and obtain informed consent. Interpret lab data, prescribe treatments, and ensure follow-up care. Offer medication abortion services and, depending on clinic needs, perform ultrasound, colposcopy, biopsies, and potentially LEEP. Conduct preconception and menopause counseling. Educate patients and supervise unlicensed staff during sessions. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in clinical audits. At PPLM, APCs are critical team members who help shape our clinical environments and foster a strong culture of teamwork, learning, and excellence. Job Qualifications 2+ years of clinical experience preferred. Master’s or Doctorate degree and current MA licensure as NP, CNM, or PA; CPR certified. Strong commitment to providing the full range of sexual and reproductive health care; prior experience welcomed but not required. Proficiency in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Brazilian Portuguese highly preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and dedication to health equity.
