As a growing facility, we're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team and the heartbeat of our front office operations.

The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. This role requires someone upbeat, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and helps keep the front office running smoothly.

Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
• Maintain visitor log and ensure compliance with facility safety and security procedures.
• Support HR, Operations, and Management with administrative tasks and scheduling as needed.
• Coordinates deliveries, mail, and incoming shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Assist with meeting room scheduling and breakroom supplies.
• Support onboarding by preparing welcome materials and badges for new hires.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role (manufacturing experience a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, professional attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
