Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and demonstrate a commitment to professional standards in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and medications.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months of experience in Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHHS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a rotating schedule.

Schedule

This position requires commitment to night shifts, working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
