Pharma/Life Sciences Quantity Surveyor - Strategic Cost Lead

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects seeks a seasoned Cost Estimator to develop detailed cost plans for pharma and life sciences facilities. You’ll work with clients to produce budgets, conduct value engineering, and manage RFPs and post-contract administration. Responsibilities include bid evaluations, risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance while coordinating with site managers, clients, and contractors onsite.
