Mechanical Business Development Manager (Multifamily) – Phoenix, AZ Elite Executive Solutions has been retained to identify an experienced Mechanical Business Development Manager to help drive continued growth within the multifamily construction market. This opportunity is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with a strong network among developers, general contractors, owners, and industry partners throughout Arizona. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the multifamily construction market. Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, and general contractors. Identify upcoming projects and position the company for future work. Collaborate with estimating and operations teams during pursuits. Assist with proposal strategy, presentations, and client meetings. Represent the company at networking and industry events. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and business development strategy. Qualifications Business development experience within mechanical construction. Established relationships throughout the Arizona construction market. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a proven track record of generating new business. Understanding of multifamily construction preferred.
