• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings

Who You Are * 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of building relationships

• Motivated, driven, and ready to build something of your own
• Coachable and open to training in a new industry
• A strong communicator who can open doors and earn trust
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required for

Compensation is derived solely from commissions earned on successfully completed transactions and may vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and prevailing market conditions. In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for individuals in this role is: $0.00 to $500,000+. Actual earnings will depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly from this range.
