Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually + Uncapped Performance-Based Commission

We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Hospice Account Executive to help grow our presence throughout the East Valley while connecting patients and families with the compassionate end-of-life care they deserve.

You'll step into an established territory with existing accounts that are actively referring patients to Endeavor Hospice. You'll have a strong foundation to build upon, the opportunity to strengthen established partnerships, and the freedom to develop new relationships throughout your territory.

An Established Territory With Active Referral Relationships

You won't be starting from scratch. You'll inherit existing relationships with healthcare partners who are actively referring patients to Endeavor Hospice.

Your role will be to nurture these relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify opportunities to expand our presence throughout the East Valley.

With active accounts already in place, you'll have a foundation for success from day one.

As an Account Executive, you'll serve as a trusted connection between Endeavor Hospice and the healthcare professionals and community organizations we partner with.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and grow established accounts: Take ownership of existing referral relationships, maintain consistent communication, and identify opportunities to strengthen and expand these partnerships.

• Develop new relationships: Build partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, senior living communities, group homes, VA-related referral sources, and other healthcare professionals throughout the East Valley.

• Grow your territory: Identify new opportunities, strengthen existing accounts, and develop a consistent stream of appropriate, qualified hospice referrals.

• Educate the community: Provide meaningful education to physicians, nurses, social workers, case managers, community staff, patients, and families about hospice philosophy, eligibility, services, and benefits.

• Support seamless transitions: Work closely with our intake and clinical teams to coordinate referrals, ensure timely communication, and help patients and families transition into care. Clinical eligibility and admission decisions remain with authorized clinical professionals.

• Represent Endeavor: Participate in facility visits, educational presentations, networking opportunities, health fairs, and community events.

• Develop your strategy: Collaborate with leadership to create an effective territory growth plan, identify opportunities, and track referral activity and performance.

• Work as one team: Partner with Endeavor Home Care and Endeavor HCBS to connect individuals and families with appropriate services throughout our organization.

• Maintain strong communication: Keep referral partners informed, respond promptly to their needs, and help build the trust that makes Endeavor a valued community partner, while protecting patient privacy.

We're looking for someone who understands that successful hospice business development is built on trust, integrity, consistency, and genuine relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hospice, home health, home care, or healthcare sales.

• Established relationships within the East Valley healthcare community, or demonstrated ability to develop them.

• Proven ability to build relationships, develop business, and achieve measurable results.

• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

• Self-motivation, accountability, and a genuine desire to help others.
