EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking Clinical Service Liaisons to join the Adult Services team at Tempe or Glendale offices. The role delivers direct service to adults on medication-only services, conducts intake assessments, and participates in special projects within the Adult Program. You will maintain a caseload, perform ACT meetings, ensure accurate documentation, and contribute to procedure development.
