Responsibilities- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is preferred
- Proven track record of winning
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
- Intrinsically driven to be successful
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required prior to start date
- A Life & Health Insurance license is required prior to start date
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
- Multi-tasking and organization skills are an asset
- Basic business software experience
