Overview:

\n

The Project Manager II manages a broader portfolio of projects and clients, demonstrating independence in financial tracking, vendor management, and schedule adherence. This role operates with limited oversight from a Program Manager, showing consistent ability to deliver complex programs, communicate effectively with clients, and resolve issues proactively.

\n

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution

\n

\n
• Independently manage multiple projects of moderate complexity, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, and budget. Portfolio size of approximately $850k-$1 million, annually.
\n
• Maintain accountability for project outcomes while balancing competing priorities across assigned programs.
\n

Client Leadership & Communication

\n

\n
• Lead client meetings, present project status updates, and proactively manage issue resolution to maintain strong client relationships.
\n
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and driving solutions aligned with business objectives.
\n

\n

Financial Management & Forecasting

\n

\n
• Maintain accurate project forecasting, revenue tracking, and financial reporting within assigned programs.
\n
• Monitor project financial performance and implement corrective actions to protect profitability.
\n

\n

Vendor Management & Negotiation

\n

\n
• Negotiate vendor pricing, scopes of work, and service agreements to ensure cost control and margin objectives are met.
\n
• Manage vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual and quality expectations.
\n

\n

Program Collaboration & Risk Management

\n

\n
• Partner with Program Managers on workload planning, resource alignment, and risk mitigation strategies.
\n
• Identify project risks and dependencies and lead mitigation efforts as appropriate.
\n

\n

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

\n

\n
• Identify process gaps and execution inefficiencies; recommend and support improvements to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
\n
• Apply continuous improvement principles to daily project management activities.
\n

\n

Team Support & Mentorship

\n

\n
• Provide informal mentorship, guidance, and task-level support to Project Coordinators and newer Project Managers.
\n
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best-practice development within the project team.
\n

\n

Service Standards & Professional Conduct

\n
• Uphold Identiti service standards through proactive communication, collaboration, and accountability.

• Represent the organization professionally in all client, vendor, and internal interactions.
\n

Experience and Skills

\n

\n
• 3-5 years of experience in a project management role within the signage industry
\n
• Proven ability to manage projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\n
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
\n
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
\n
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
