Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Corporate Signs Inc. The Project Manager will oversee signage projects from initiation through completion, including planning timelines, defining deliverables, and coordinating internal resources and external vendors. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing budgets, monitoring quality standards, and resolving issues that may impact schedules or client expectations. The role will require regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather requirements, and align on project milestones, as well as collaboration with design, production, and logistics teams. The Project Manager will also document project activities, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement of processes and workflows.\n

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

• Candidates should possess experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

• Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to verify product quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
\n
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee shipping, routing, and installation schedules.
\n
• Relevant experience in construction, signage, manufacturing, or related project-based environments is beneficial.
\n
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
\n
• Proficiency with project management software and common office tools; familiarity with digital collaboration platforms is a plus.
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
