Perform diagnostic tests to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance performance. Keep accurate and detailed logs of maintenance and repairs. Coordinate with clients regarding service schedules and maintenance needs. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Stay up-to-date with advancements in generator technology and best practices in the field. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in power generator maintenance and repair. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to power generation. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
