**Responsibilities for a Purchasing & Materials Assistant include but are not limited to: **

• Perform material handling and receiving activities, including verifying incoming shipments

• Maintain electronic and paper filing of purchase orders (POs)

• Provide reception support and assist with front‑office operations

• Support buyers with supplier setup processing and product returns

**Candidates for Purchasing & Materials Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered: **

• Prior experience in purchasing, materials, receiving, or administrative support preferred

• Basic computer skills with the ability to manage electronic and paper files

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendance

Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
