Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Leading customer marketing programs for accountant firms and SMB/MM customers, the full-time Senior Customer Marketing Manager will develop strategies for product launches, webinars, and in-person events, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Key responsibilities: Lead customer marketing strategy for product launches and education programs, partnering with Product Marketing on messaging and measurement Develop and execute strategies for webinars and virtual programs focused on customer education, retention, and cross-sell opportunities Design and implement in-person customer event strategies, including audience targeting, programming, and success metrics Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related fields Proven experience leading product launches and customer education initiatives from strategy to measurement Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities Demonstrated analytical skills, including defining KPIs and evaluating performance Experience with marketing automation and webinar platforms
