Senior IT Support Engineer

A growing global financial services firm is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to support end users across a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, drive automation initiatives, and partner with global technology teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and collaboration tools. Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, identity management, networking, and endpoint-related issues. Support onboarding/offboarding, device deployment, and access management. Assist with automation, process improvements, and technical documentation. Serve as a senior escalation point and mentor junior team members. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and global IT teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
