In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately while supporting daily production operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Pick, stage, and move products for production and outbound shipments.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Perform inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Supply materials to production areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet shipping and production goals.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous forklift experience is required

✅ At least 1 year of Shipping & Receiving or Warehouse experience

✅ Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and material handling

✅ Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

✅ High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience
• Manufacturing or distribution warehouse experience
• Experience using warehouse management or shipping systems
• Order picking and inventory management experience

Schedule Options

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

Additional overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Work Environment

Work in a modern manufacturing and distribution facility supporting production and shipping operations. You'll operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, work with inventory systems, and play a key role in keeping products moving throughout the facility. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orangeburg, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
