Steel Supply LP is searching for a VP of Finance and Accounting to oversee all accounting related staff as well as provide strategic financial oversight for the business as a whole.

The position responsibilities are as follows:

• Ensuring timely, reviewed month-end financials and make recommendations for clean up needed in the financials
• Providing financial analysis and strategic decision making related to growth, investment, capital raise, banking, and compliance
• Creating and updating budgets, forecasts, and long term goals
• Full charge responsibility of the cash flow and treasury management
• Mentor and lead accounting team of 10
• Providing company reporting that highlights data and trends that ownership should be looking at to determine the health of the business
• Serve as the key strategic partner to the CEO and the Executive Team

Key qualifications for this role are as follows:

Mininum of 5 to 7 years in Senior Financial Management

Tech Savvy

The ability to work within a family owned business and with legacy staff

Has previously led an accounting team

Prior experience in Manufacturing, Steel, or Industrial is a huge plus
