It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee , with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations. Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs. The role This is a role for a leader who can hold two things at once: the ability to define the future of Enterprise Delivery and the operational discipline to build it. Strategy matters, but execution is what gives strategy credibility. At this level, you’re not simply managing an organization—you’re designing how it scales. You are the person others turn to when service quality, client risk, operational complexity, or organizational growth demand clear thinking and decisive action. You bring structure to ambiguity, align teams around outcomes, and build systems that continue to work as the business grows. You’ll serve as Orion’s senior leader for Enterprise Delivery, responsible for Premier Support strategy, executive client relationships, operational excellence, and the continued evolution of the Elite Pod model. You’ll help transform Premier Support into a meaningful competitive advantage that drives retention, expansion, and referrals across Orion’s most strategic enterprise clients. What you’ll be doing Defining and executing the Enterprise Delivery and Premier Support strategy across Elevate, Middle Tier, and Elite Pod offerings Building and scaling the Elite Pod model, including organizational design, hiring strategy, onboarding programs, operating standards, and repeatable playbooks Leading the transition from reactive support to proactive, consultative client partnership across the organization Serving as the executive owner for Orion’s most strategic client relationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors Acting as the final escalation point for complex, high-impact client situations and driving resolution across teams Establishing account health frameworks, service benchmarks, escalation protocols, and operational rhythms that scale consistently Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Relationship Management, Data, and Finance leadership to ensure alignment around client outcomes Creating the reporting infrastructure, KPIs, and performance dashboards that provide visibility into service health, client risk, retention, and growth opportunities Leading, developing, and growing a multi-layer Enterprise Delivery organization, including managers, team leads, Elite Client Delivery Managers, TAMs, and Elite Client Advocates Driving the Elite Pod expansion roadmap from the Top 25 strategic accounts to the Top 100 by 2027 while maintaining service quality and consistency Who you are You’ve spent enough time leading enterprise service, client success, or professional services organizations to understand that sustainable growth comes from operational excellence, strong leadership, and relentless focus on client outcomes You know how to build organizations, not just manage them. You’ve scaled teams, created operating models, developed leaders, and implemented systems that continue to work as complexity increases You are equally comfortable discussing business strategy with executives, reviewing operational metrics with your leadership team, or helping resolve a critical client situation You don’t wait for problems to appear in reporting. You identify risks early, create alignment around solutions, and move the organization forward The leaders around you become stronger because of how you coach, develop, and challenge them You connect service delivery decisions to commercial outcomes and understand how client experience drives retention, expansion, and long‑term growth The operating environment We support some of the industry’s most strategic wealth management firms and enterprise clients.
