Role Overview

The Aggregate Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening Magotteaux’s presence in the Aggregates and Recycling segments across the Central United States.

\n

This role focuses on managing and expanding customer accounts, developing new opportunities with producers, dealers, and OEM partners, and positioning Magotteaux as the trusted partner for wear part solutions. The Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for customers in the region, providing both technical expertise and commercial support to ensure Magotteaux delivers maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Account & Territory Management

\n

\n
• Manage and grow sales within the Central US Region through a mix of existing accounts and new business development.
\n
• Partner with customers to optimize wear part performance, reduce operating costs, and secure long-term supply agreements.
\n
• Identify underserved markets and customers in the region, implementing strategies to expand penetration.
\n

Customer Relationships & Sales Execution

\n

\n
• Build strong, long-term relationships with aggregates producers, recyclers, OEMs, and dealer partners.
\n
• Conduct frequent customer visits to understand operational challenges and present tailored solutions.
\n
• Manage commercial negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed targets for volume, margin, and market share.
\n

Dealer & Channel Support

• Support and collaborate with local dealers/distributors to extend Magotteaux’s market reach.
\n
• Provide training, product knowledge, and pricing support to ensure consistency in value delivery.
\n

\n

Forecasting & Reporting

\n

\n
• Maintain accurate regional sales forecasts and pipelines, based on customer activity and market intelligence.
\n
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to inform regional strategy.
\n

Marketing & Representation

\n

\n
• Represent Magotteaux at trade shows, customer events, and regional industry meetings.
\n
• Provide feedback and support to Marketing to develop campaigns and promotional content relevant to the Central US market.
\n

Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Proven track record in sales or account management within Aggregates, Recycling, or related equipment/wear parts industries.
\n
• Solid understanding of quarrying, crushing, and recycling processes.
\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across a large territory.
\n
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
\n
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Central US Region (approx. 50%).
\n
