Are you bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with people? We’re looking for a Bilingual Junior Recruiter to join our North Office team!

Previous recruiting or staffing experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment such as retail, restaurants, customer service, or administrative support , we’d love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and motivated to build a career in recruiting and staffing.

What You'll Do

• Source and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills, experience, availability, and qualifications.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding and assignment preparation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and field employees.
• Keep ATS, CRM, and internal databases accurate and up to date.
• Support daily branch operations and help meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluent in English and Spanish .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and active auto insurance for local client visits.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, or administrative experience.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting software.
