ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency after serving nine years in the military and building a career focused on leadership and service. I was born and raised in Plainview, Texas, graduated from Plainview High School, and earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Webster University. Outside of work, I enjoy staying involved in the local community and am an active member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jj Castilleja - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
