ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’m starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, I’ve built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team.

I’m a graduate of University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ed Forster - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
