Concierge – Senior Living $17.00/hour | PRN (As Needed) Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living is hiring a Concierge to support daily front desk operations in our senior living community. This is a PRN, flexible role with competitive pay, strong team support, and a mission-driven culture. Why You’ll Love This Role Competitive Pay: $17.00 per hour (credit for experience) Schedule: PRN; 4–8 hour shifts between 8:00am–8:00pm, including weekends (set shift preferred) Mission-Driven Work: Make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives every day Supportive Team Culture: Collaborative and welcoming environment Fast Hiring Process: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and front desk operations Assist with scheduling, coordination, and communication across departments Support daily operations and ensure a smooth, organized front desk experience Help foster a positive and professional atmosphere within the community Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least six months of clerical experience and/or training, or equivalent combination Prior concierge or customer service experience preferred (senior living a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to follow oral and written instructions Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a senior living or healthcare environment Ready to Apply?
