Global Tax Advisory Senior Manager, Transactions
EY
EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Transactions Tax Practice to lead engagement delivery on complex corporate and private equity transactions in the US. You will apply deep tax knowledge to acquisitions, dispositions and restructurings, guiding risk management and value optimization across multi‑workstream programs. You will mentor teams, coordinate with PPMDs on RFPs, and travel as needed to service high‑stakes client engagements, driving strategic outcomes and revenue growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr EY
