Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating both stand-up and sit-down forklifts required
• Previous order picking and warehouse experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent attendance record
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick and prepare customer orders and case picks
• Palletize products for shipment
• Perform inventory counts and stock verification
• Verify incoming and outgoing products against packing slips, purchase orders, and receiving documents
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computer systems
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Stand Up Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do


As a Stand Up Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
