Registered NurseJoin our team as a Registered Nurse in Casa Grande, AZ!ProgressiveHealth is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing occupational health team in Casa Grande, AZ. This attractive part-time opportunity offers the chance to support employees in a state-of-the-art industrial environment while delivering high-quality clinical care, injury management, health services, and wellness support onsite.What You'll Do:Provide on-site initial treatment and care for work-related injuries and limited personal illnesses/injuriesConduct surveillance testingPerform drug screenings in accordance with company protocolsAssist with case management activities, including direct support for disability and workers' compensation claimsSupport workers' compensation incident reviews and investigations alongside the EHS teamProvide general health support and education, including blood pressure checks, lunch-and-learn sessions, and special health events/programs, while assisting with medical/benefit-related needsMaintain thorough and accurate clinic and patient documentationWork collaboratively with the assigned Medical Director to support required nursing oversight and consultative needsPart-time Schedule:Tuesday & Thursday, 6am-4pmYou Will Need:Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent for a Registered NurseThe required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureCPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)Greater than one-year work experience, specifically in an occupational health setting preferredThe ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shiftA high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communicationThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelWhat You'll Get:Opportunity for important work/life balanceFlexible schedulingPaid time off (PTO) & paid holidaysA robust benefits package: medical (HSA/FSA availability), dental, vision, and supplemental insurance optionsCompany-sponsored basic life/AD&D insurance and long-term disability insurance401(k) & ROTH 401(k) savings plans + company match with auto-enrollment after probationary periodContinuing education assistanceOpportunities for growth and advancement with the ProgressiveHealth family of companiesEligibility to Work:This position requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa (e.g., H-1B, OPT, etc.).About ProgressiveHealth:ProgressiveHealth is the premier provider of a broad spectrum of occupational and non-occupational health services including on-site medical, injury prevention, health improvement, rehabilitation management solutions, and more!
