We are an expanding landscape construction firm looking for a safety-focused, self-motivated Specialty Technician to take ownership of our fleet and shop. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy problem-solving, and want a role with pay-for-performance incentives , we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Range: $30–$50/hour (Based on experience and fit)
• Overtime: Consistent OT available (approx. 5–7 hours per week)
• Bonuses: Pay-for-performance incentives after 90 days
• Growth: Incentives for company initiatives and safety-based programs
• Support: Company-paid DOT medical card

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Landscape Equipment: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws (sharpening, greasing, and engine adjustments).
• Heavy & Compact Equipment: Service and repair skid steers, track machines, and compact utility loaders.
• Fleet Maintenance: Diagnose and repair trucks and trailers, including electrical systems and light welding/fabrication.
• Small Engine Repair: Specialist-level maintenance on two-stroke engines and herbicide sprayers.
• Shop Management: Maintain a clean, organized work environment and use fleet management software to track labor, create work orders, and reconcile invoices.
• Collaboration: Participate in peer review meetings for equipment and vehicle safety.

Job Requirements

• License: Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Certification: Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (Company paid)
• Technical Skill: Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
• Communication: Strong verbal skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Safety: A strict safety-driven mindset and commitment to a clean shop.
