Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianThe responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will consist of but are not limited to the following: Troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, repair and maintain equipment, machinery and systems related to both automated and manual production equipment. Perform hands-on major and minor repairs and maintenance of material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, rolling racks, automated and mechanical conveyors, slick rail, loading dock systems, compressors, electrical and lighting panels, and other related plant equipment Coordinate and participate in preventative (PM), predictive and corrective maintenance activities on machinery and equipment in the factory Operate and use manual tools and powered-shop machinery and tools to maintain a wide variety of automated and manual equipment and machinery for proper functionality Support and assist in maintaining and improving the maintenance department as needed Perform other related activities as assigned and needed This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing or activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The starting rate for this position is $18.03- $21.30 and may increase to $28.85 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors.
