Exciting Opportunity for Ortho/Tele RN - Night Shift Adventure!

Job Description:


- Shift: 12-Hour Nights (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, rotating Holidays)
- Unit: 7NE - Ortho/Tele
- Total Beds: 22
- Patient Ratios: 1:5-6

Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver exceptional care to orthopedic patients with a focus on joints, replacements, and fractures.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a supportive environment.
- Participate in a rotating holiday schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:


- Experience: Must have strong orthopedic experience, particularly in total joint replacement.
- Certifications: BLS certification is required.
- Documentation: Unexpired copy of candidate's driver's license (address must be outside 50 miles from the facility).
- COVID Vaccine: Full vaccination required; exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.

Unit Specifics:


- Nurse Support: 3 CNAs per shift (Ratios 1:7-8).
- Charge Nurse: Available 24/7 for support.
- Orientation: 1-2 shifts on the unit to ensure a smooth transition.
