What You Will Do

• Liquid Packaging & Transfer: Accurately package wet finished liquid products and safely manage the transfer of finished goods, packaging materials, and raw ingredients.
• Equipment Operation & Sanitization: Safely operate, clean, and maintain packaging machinery according to detailed SOP guidelines and lock-out/tag-out (LOTO) safety procedures.
• Testing & Quality Checks: Perform routine product sampling, visual inspections, and processing verification to ensure products meet specification standards.
• Cross-Functional Support: Train across multiple operational roles on the plant floor to assist with broader facility and material handling needs.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, sanitary work area while adhering strictly to operational controls and environmental health standards.

What You Need

• Required PPE: Steel-toe work boots strictly required on site from day one.
• Forklift Knowledge: Prior forklift experience required; candidates will take a written forklift evaluation during orientation for future cross-training.
• Procedural Accuracy: Strong ability to read, comprehend, and follow strict SOP guidelines, safety protocols, and written work instructions.
• Detail & Sanitization Focus: High attention to detail regarding hygiene, equipment washdowns, product sampling, and accurate logkeeping.
• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Bridgeton, MO 63044.
• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
