Senior Data EngineerWe are seeking a senior data engineer with 4-8 years of experience, specializing in Spark and CoreJava. The ideal candidate will leverage technologies to deliver innovative mapping solutions, contributing significantly to our project outcomes and enhancing our impact on society through precise and efficient mapping services.Roles & Responsibilities:Analyze and interpret data to create accurate maps and contribute to complex mapping projects.Develop and implement algorithms and models in CoreJava to process information efficiently.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into broader engineering projects.Optimize application performance for scalability and reliability.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in technologies and methodologies.Ensure data quality and integrity in all outputs.Provide technical support and guidance on matters to team members and stakeholders.Customize software and tools to meet project-specific requirements.Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models and tools.Document processes and solutions clearly for project records and stakeholder communication.Qualifications:Must have a strong foundation in CoreJava, with hands-on experience in developing geospatial applications.A degree in Computer Science, or a related field is required.Proven track record of working with data and mapping technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.Familiarity with database management and data analysis techniques is a plus.Must be proactive, innovative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.Job Location: Primary: USAZPHOC01 Phoenix - AZ USA Job Type: 45CW00 Business Associate Demand Requires Travel?: N Certification(s) Required: NA
