• Night shift: 5 pm ‐ 8 am ‐‐ up to 5 shifts per month
• 1 ‐ 2 nights in a row; weekends and holidays possible
• Average census: ~35 patients
• 1 ‐ 2 NNPs overnight and onsite for support
• Delivery attendance, line placement, intubation required
• Chest tube placement, lumbar puncture, exchange transfusion required
