Litigation Support Analyst

Vaco is seeking a skilled E-Discovery / Litigation Analyst to support a law firm specializing in intellectual property. This role will manage electronic discovery processes, assist attorneys with complex litigation matters, and ensure electronic evidence is handled accurately and in compliance with legal requirements. Key Responsibilities Litigation Support Analyst Compensation- $53,000-63,000 Location- Cincinnati, OH Manage the e-discovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review, and production. Use e-discovery platforms, particularly Trust Array or similar tools, to organize and review litigation data. Coordinate with clients, vendors, attorneys, and internal teams to collect and preserve electronically stored information (ESI). Develop document review protocols, including privilege and confidentiality designations. Analyze electronic data, including emails, documents, and multimedia files. Maintain detailed documentation of discovery activities and productions. Ensure compliance with court orders, legal standards, and client policies. Provide training and support on e-discovery tools and best practices. Stay current on e-discovery technology and intellectual property litigation trends. Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 2-3 years of e-discovery or litigation support experience, preferably in intellectual property law. Paralegal certification preferred. Knowledge of ESI handling, litigation procedures, and electronic evidence management. Experience with e-discovery platforms and document review tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
