Quality Inspector

Job Details Job Location: Neosho, MO 64850. Salary Range: $22.00 - $24.00 Hourly. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or 5+ years of QC/inspection experience in manufacturing. Preferred: 3+ years of QC/Inspection experience in a manufacturing setting. Must have valid identification. Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening. Additional Requirements Knowledge of ISO, ASTM, GMP standards - preferred. Ability to lift 35 lbs and work in hot/cold environments. Must follow all PPE and safety guidelines. Key Skills Strong attention to detail and measurement accuracy. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools. Ability to read engineering/CADD drawings. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office. Key Responsibilities Inspect coil wire, buyouts, and in-process materials. Complete First Article (FA) sign-offs and PPAP inspections. Perform calibrations and assist with Gage R&R. Inspect tooling, jigs, and fixtures. Support process audits, QC audits, time studies, and performance testing. Participate in supplier and safety audits.
